All End Goal items are custom-made to your specifications, which makes them unique and personal. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as:

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will review your claim and may offer:

A replacement of the damaged/faulty item

Shipping & Delivery Issues
End Goal is not responsible for delays or lost items caused by third-party couriers. If more than 10 working days have passed since your estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist, but replacements are subject to stock availability.
Customer Responsibility
All orders are processed exactly as submitted. Please ensure your shipping address, size, spelling, and customization details are correct before placing your order. End Goal cannot be held responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, including wrong addresses. Items lost or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate customer details are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Proof of Purchase & Return Postage
For any claim regarding a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, you must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, along with clear photos of the issue.
If a replacement or return is approved, the customer is responsible for all postage costs. End Goal is not liable for shipping fees associated with returning items, except in cases where the error was caused by us (e.g., a manufacturing fault or shipping the wrong item).
Customisation Errors
We take every care to produce your order exactly as submitted. We cannot be held responsible for errors in customization that were submitted incorrectly by the customer.
