These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of the End Goal website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
General
End Goal is a provider of custom-made children’s clothing and accessories. All items are made-to-order according to your specifications. Please read these T&C carefully before making a purchase.
Ordering

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, address, payment details, customisation details, etc.) is correct.

End Goal reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.

All orders are subject to acceptance. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted.
Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of order via our secure payment provider.

We accept the payment methods displayed on the checkout page.
Customisation & Customer Responsibility

All products are produced exactly as submitted. Please double-check spelling, size, colour, and shipping details.

End Goal is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer, including wrong addresses.

Orders with incorrect information are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product images, descriptions, and specifications are accurate.

Due to the nature of custom products, slight variations in colour, size, or print placement may occur.
Pricing & Availability

Prices are displayed on the website and include VAT where applicable.

Prices and availability may change without notice.
Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. End Goal is not responsible for delays or lost items caused by third-party couriers.

If more than 7 days have passed since your estimated delivery date, contact us immediately. Replacements are subject to stock availability.
Returns & Refunds

All End Goal products are custom-made and non-returnable unless faulty, damaged, or incorrectly produced.

For faulty or damaged items, you must provide proof of purchase and photos within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs, except in cases where the error was caused by End Goal.
Statutory Rights

Nothing in these T&C affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection laws, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, or unfit products.
Limitation of Liability

End Goal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products.

Our liability for any claim relating to faulty or defective products is limited to the purchase price of the product.
